ADMISSION
AND WITHDRAWAL RULES
KINDERGARTEN SECTION
1.
Parents, seeking admission for their wards, are required
to apply to the school in the prescribed forms (available in the School on payment and requisition for the same) and attach
with it originals /copies of the following :
a.
A certified true copy of the `Certificate of Birth' of the child.
b.
A Medical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Pediatrician.
c.
A Report on Blood Group of the child.
d.
Two passport's sized photographs of the child.

Children are admitted after an initial observation arranged in the School by the teachers, after prior
intimation to the parents.
3.
Admission fees should be paid within the 48 hours after clearance of the admission.
PRIMARY Sections
1.
Admissions into Standard - 1 and other higher classes are normally granted only to such students who
have attended a School prior to seeking admission into APS.
2.
Students seeking admission are required to pass Entrance Tests, based on the syllabi of the previous
class to which they seek admission, in English, Science & Mathematics. Such Tests will be organised and given by the School.
3.
Students seeking admission are required to submit the School Leaving Certificate, Marks Sheet of the
last examination from the School last attended and an attested copy of the Birth Certificate.
4.
Admission fees should be paid within the 48 hours after clearance of the admission.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING ADMISSION & WITHDRAWALS

Prescribed Admission Forms are issued on payment at the School office.

Students are generally admitted in the beginning of an academic year.

Admissions are subject to vacancies and capacity of classes.
4.
Admission to the School is restricted by certain rules, regulations and criteria such as: age and
ability of the child.
5.
The School management reserves the right to refuse any admission without assigning any reason.

One month's written notice is to be given by the parents or guardians before the withdrawal of their wards,
failing which fees for the whole month will have to be paid.
7.
All dues to the School should be cleared before any request for the issuance of the School Leaving Certificate
of the student is made.

In case parents require the School Leaving Certificate at the end of an academic year one month written notice
is to be given before the school closes down for the children and the same will be issued only one week after the declaration
of the annual results.
9.
Bonafide certificates can be procured 3 days after the submission of a written application for the same at
the school office.

Parents wanting to withdraw their wards should submit the receipt (in original) for the caution money deposit
along with the application for the withdrawal one month in advance.
11.
CMD is refundable when a child is withdrawn only after completion of one calendar year.

CMD can not be claimed once the L.C. of the child has been issued.
